About Arena Zeynali

“Home” may as well have been Arena Zeynali’s first word. That’s how far back her passion for real estate runs; an intuitive calling cemented by generations proudly carrying the family business. Through this intimate background, Arena learned every nuance of the housing market in her original city of Tehran: home construction, sales, rentals, and a carefully developed, razor-sharp negotiation style she employs to this day. She’s made an art of the “win/win” situation, masterfully ironing out transactions for buyers and sellers alike while leaving all parties smiling. She credits this to holding her ethics, honesty, and moral beliefs as absolutely sacred. For Arena, this directly translates to an uncompromising loyalty and unwavering representation of her client’s interests.

While Arena was born into a real estate family, her path wasn’t a predictable one. She was born and raised in Iran, but moved to Armenia in 2018, shortly after obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology. She made every second count of the brief two years she spent in Armenia, winning the Miss Armenia Beauty Pageant and going on to proudly represent Armenia at the 2018 Miss World competition in China. Upon her return to Armenia, she joined one of the most popular comedy shows in Yerevan which allowed her to travel to California for 10 successful performances across the state. Despite her whirlwind itinerary, she still found time to fall in love with Los Angeles and decided to make it her permanent home.
